I finally finished last night and then started spinning some purple that will complement it (hopefully). The tag with the fiber says that it is 4.7 oz so I want to see if I can stretch that to a full 8 oz. I still don't know what I will do with it, but at least it is enough to actually amount to something. I am also working on a sweater. I had a funny that I told to the Christian Artisans group. My son's girlfriend finds it fascinating that I knit. I made the comment that I didn't like the color of the sweater and was going to dye it darker. She suggested black and I said it was too difficult to do a good job. She asked why I didn't just buy black yarn to begin with. I told her I spun the yarn myself. She was speechless. That is difficult to do with teenagers, they always have the last word!
